It's worth noting that your family, neighbors, and friends may not be quite as forgiving as you, but they're always there, and they know that you don't deserve their negativity. Just remember that if they can't stand you because you're staring at your phone in the middle of nowhere (unless they live right next door), then they can't stand anyone who looks at their phone in the shade.

How do I fix it? Here I have listed several options to remedy the issue, but I believe you're most likely going to want to take it one step forward. There are 3 ways that it can be fixed, but all 3 of them require you to take a trip to the doctor to have a procedure of your own.
