 The most important task of the modern world is to find a suitable balance between work and personal life: being able to divide our time and responsibilities at will, without hurting ourselves or others We often forget that for us as well as humans, having a cell phone is one of the key technologies at the same time both a source of inspiration and an obsession. In this article, I will explain how “losing mobile contact” in sleep can harm our ability to take care of ourselves and understand our problems. The problem is even even worse when you don’t know when you will fall asleep But for parents, families often face difficulty handling kids, and even more so if a parent has to get up earlier than usual. thoughts and feelings without interruption.

3. Avoid the use of electronic devices in your bedroom
