How to keep your face young

The use of the internet is now commonplace and has become an integral part of everyday life. There is a growing digital world that allows us access to almost everything with our fingers—it’s not just about having books or music on our phones anymore, it’s also about what we see when we look at pictures online. When you click pictures, there are three key points that people often overlook: your age, your appearance, and the makeup that is applied to your face. Most importantly, this is going on all over the world and there is no one to blame but yourself if you don’t take care of your image.

Age

Age is just another adjective used in today’s society, but it deserves much more attention than it currently is getting. It is an old word that can lead us astray when we are unaware of the impact that our habits have on others in our lives. If you start thinking that all our friends will be older by 2025, then all our children will be older than they are. I mean, really. We live in New York City in the 21st century right now… We are in fact considered one of the most developed cities in terms of infrastructure and technology. In addition, older adults do their best to ensure that the younger generation stays as healthy as possible. This means, however, that those who are left alone and unprotected—the elderly—lose out in terms of healthcare, and sometimes even social security as a result. All of these factors contribute to the spread of different kinds of infections, for instance, colds, flu, and other viruses, among many other things, that could easily affect the health of a person. As such, it is not easy to control what goes into the body of an individual, and people tend to fall prey to any path that promises them a better future.

However, there are very few studies carried out regarding human beings in general. Even fewer studies have been conducted that focus specifically on how human beings age. Some people think that a person’s age is an arbitrary number that dictates the rate of aging: younger, middle-aged, and older. According to the World Health Organization, “The risk of dying prematurely from a serious disease doubles every ten years after 30; and every five years after 50.” So, although I would say that age does indeed play a role in our overall health, you can learn to enjoy the time between 40 and 60 as much as you want without worrying that you are already dead due to cancer or heart attacks sooner or later.

Regardless of the sex of your neighbors, we are still expected to follow the same kind of traditions when it comes to gender. However, I think that you always know which culture you’re living in the most, because your social status depends on it to a large extent, which tells me a lot about your health and even your beauty, too They are seen as beautiful, but not as sexy as white men are. Therefore, your health must be kept a priority for everyone and especially for people of color, but you may have to deal with the issue, when the media comes against you for something that brings out certain characteristics that aren’t a natural part of yourself, like weight gain or acne. Of course, we aren’t saying that all people should be wearing covers in order to try to hide their flaws. Luckily, everyone knows that the way you look is influenced by your diet, and as such, you may need to adjust it at least once in a while — but only if necessary. Since they should be looked after and taken care of too, they often get neglected or overlooked in favor of focusing on themselves, which leads to a decrease in physical fitness and worse health outcomes.

Although it will take some time for your body, particularly your brain, to adapt to the changes that occur when you go through periods of health improvement, you should stay that is why doctors often see patients who have had chronic diseases for half of their lives and now have the ability to handle various illnesses, including obesity or diabetes. Age is not just another adjective that defines someone, it is a very important aspect that you might not realize.

How to sit in a chair with lower back pain

Do you have that annoying soreness or tender spot on your lower back? That sore spot is called “low-back pain”. It can be excruciating for people who are sitting or standing. For some people, it may not happen at all. If so, then no one should sit straight in a chair and experience this painful, dull ache. So today I am going to share the techniques and remedies which will help you to get rid of that terrible nagging pain. Let's start by talking about the causes of low-back pains.

Causes

There are two main reasons why a person gets back pain at some point in their life. Firstly, it could be an injury to the knee. This is most common for people who suffer from osteoarthritis or fibromyalgia disorder. The second reason is musculoskeletal problems.

Symptoms

In some cases, the symptoms could be very mild. On other occasions, they are severe. They also have trouble walking upright on either side of the body. Sometimes they may even have trouble lifting the weight. Some people experience aching pains often accompanied by numbness and tingling. These people generally may be able to move around more than others. Many times the cause would be quite localized. Such as being in a car accident or falling over, for example.

However, many people are affected by this kind of pain and have multiple factors involved in the cause. Someone having diabetes could be causing this type of pain. Someone suffering from anxiety could be pulling something off their chest which is rubbing nerves like nerves or nerve endings we know stress does not help with the pain. Stress will only increase it. There is also a possibility of injuries caused by a sports injury, such as a shoulder injury or knee injury. Physical injury can also impact someone’s mental health. One person may be dealing with another serious chronic illness.

Secondly, speak to your GP if you have a high risk of arthritis. Medications like opioids have been used for a long time to help treat pain but that has not worked for everyone.

Painkillers

There is plenty of research showing that the best drug to treat pain and reduce pain is a natural therapy. Low-dose paracetamol and ibuprofen are most commonly being prescribed for all types of pain. Natural treatments work as well as prescription drugs. Research shows that pain can be controlled by using natural products. Several natural substances are particularly useful when treating back pain. Some examples of these include; green tea extract, peppermint extract, chamomile, coffee, ginger, and cloves. Green tea extract is a great remedy when it comes to treating neck and back pain. It increases the levels of dopamine in the brain which helps relieve pain. Peppermint is used to ease muscle tension and improve flexibility. Chamomiles have anti-inflammatory properties, helping to calm down inflammation in joints, muscles, and joints. Coffee and its compounds help calm nerves down, making them less sensitive to pain. Cloves may treat cancer symptoms and are known to stop pain signals passing in and out of cells. Gums and oils have a similar effect and can calm down nerve endings and lymph nodes. Other traditional products have been found effective as well. Lavender oil helps people sleep better and helps with chronic pain like arthritis. Cranberry juice helps to calm nerves down and soothe swelling of the glands and muscles. However, this is sometimes forgotten in busy lifestyles.

Natural Remedies

To begin, I feel that certain methods aren't as easy to do. If you find new ways of relieving the pain you need to share these methods publicly which is good. Below are my top six pain relief methods by order of popularity.

1) Acupuncture

Acupuncture is said to prevent pain and eliminate the root of the problem. Its uses are pretty varied too. Most people believe that acupuncture works by stimulating the central nervous system (CNS), which controls various bodily systems. Some people believe the CNS is responsible for controlling digestion, breathing, heartbeat, balance, and vision. Others believe that it operates through neurons in the spinal cord or the brain, which mediate sensory signals between the CNS and other body systems. Acupuncture stimulates nerve impulses that provide sensations of pressure, warmth, light touch, and other sensations. The main method is by inserting a thin wire into the skin and wrapping a coil around it so that it passes around and around the center of the body to stimulate nerves throughout the body. The device works with pain and is available online.

2) Traditional Chinese Medicine

Chinese medicine is another traditional remedy, used to treat back pain. It is called "shuo hong" meaning the medical doctor. The goal of this treatment is mainly to promote healing or detoxification. Research shows that Shuang hong can heal painful spots and promote proper regeneration and release of the damaged tissue. More research is needed but the evidence of Chinese medicinal plants on human health is still limited.

3) Ayurveda

The Hindu religion sees it as a system of philosophy and faith-based practice that tries to maintain harmony within and between all living beings. According to research, ayurvedic medicine can be effective when people have a bad back. It refers to the ancient beliefs and practices which came from the Greek belief in the power of health and wisdom.

4) Homeopathy

Homeopathy has a huge influence on public health in India and can be traced back centuries. In India, the word was first mentioned by Thomas Linley, a physician of Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Mysuru.

5) Yoga & Meditation

Yoga is perhaps the most famous form of exercise around the world. It combines various forms of physical exercise with religious meditation. Unlike conventional exercise, yoga requires intense focus, effort, and discipline. Yoga relieves pain as well as improves function and quality of life in those who have it. The most popular form is aerial yoga. It consists of four-point poses (asanas) performed in front of a closed mirror, each pose is performed three times in succession. It is believed to strengthen the whole body while calming the mind.

6) Tai Chi

Tai chi is also known as Hsi and originated in China. Though it is mostly practiced in Japan, Taiwan is expanding its activities in western countries in America as well. Tai chi offers peace of mind, relaxation, and physical and emotional well-being. It teaches harmony and respect between man and nature, especially for those with health issues. Tai chi has come under criticism due to a lack of scientific backing. Nevertheless, there is growing acceptance, both among doctors and patients.

7) Pilates

Pilates involves strengthening the postural muscles by engaging in a series of moves with weights and resistance bands. Research shows that it increases flexibility by stimulating muscles directly. Various studies show that it alleviates pain by creating mobility in the body. Apart from relieving pain, pilates also improves posture for both men and women. It is sometimes used as part of rehabilitation programs for people with debilitating diseases.

8) Walking

There are different types of walking. Sitting poses are the oldest form of walking. Sitting poses cause the lower back to become tight, painful, and swollen. Standing poses cause the back muscles to stiffen, stretch out and cause pain in various areas of the body. Both poses improve health and function. While sitting poses require attention to balance and proper alignment, standing poses require little effort and less flexibility.

9) Jumping

In martial arts, jumping is considered one of the most difficult and dangerous feats. Two-footedness is required to perform this feat. It is used for combat and it is the easiest part of any jiujitsu class.

10) Swimming

It allows the body to burn calories more efficiently and blood circulation. It is a relatively old art form and it is used traditionally among older people in society. It is popular in Europe where it is practiced in rivers, lakes, and oceans.

11) TaeKwon (Korean style stretching)

TaeKwon, usually mistaken for Korean

How to save my eyesight

Today I’m going over how to save my sight, but first a little bit about me. First, let me say that today’s post is all about saving my sight. When you are a blind person it can be extremely frustrating especially if it gets worse. Most people are not completely blind but they struggle to read or see due to many different reasons. I went blind as a young child and was very fortunate that I got my sight back. So, here goes...

1. Know when you need glasses

I know the stereotype “all of them love their sunglasses,” however, most people struggle to keep track of which pair they are wearing and even then to keep them on. There are plenty of apps that allow for smartphones so it doesn’t take much for one to check how they are doing and make sure that there aren’t any issues with those glasses. It is also important that you don’t put your phone down for too long because it is hard to get a good grip on the device when it's so slippery. Try it the other day.

As a blind person, even though I have developed some pretty decent vision, there are still things that just aren’t possible or accessible for me just like eye bags, and this is where a jacket comes into play. They work well for someone who isn’t able to see anything but has a better sense of smell but are still too cold (especially indoors) to wear one at night. . Don’t worry about being too thin or too big, either way, wear some more loose clothes or something snugger! Maybe choose something that looks cool!

3. Use lights

I’ve seen a lot of blind, visually impaired, elderly women who had never been touched by anyone who can see, yet kept their lights on. A lamp is an excellent tool to help with that, especially if it helps them to find any small details within an object. That is because you are looking outwards at the dark instead of forwards, making it easier to navigate or to look around it.

4. Watch movies if you can

There are a lot of films that depict people that are visually impaired and that we can see well in movies. And although there are usually cameras and special effects in the movies, you are still getting a real feel for the movie and the characters instead of seeing something on a screen for the first time. For example, if your blind uncle and aunt have spent years watching television after losing their sight, they have seen all sorts of shows that their family isn’t able to see. Even though movies are fun to watch and have great visual effects, they are not something you should rely on when you lose your sight completely.. They haven’t changed the lives of the people they portray. What about seeing them on television? were created with stories that were based on actual events that occurred.

5. Read books

Reading books that are written by someone who is blind, and is a part of society that struggles with this, will not only help develop your vocabulary and eye vocabulary but will also help develop new skills. Books are available for Kindle on Amazon and E-Book readers. I just recently purchased a book called Everything Blind By Design and I didn’t know that it would be so enlightening to learn that.

. I hope to encourage others to seek the resources that I have shared in this article to help save sight. eyesight loss. Happy Reading!!

How to clean your teeth at home

 Teeth

Teeth are a part of all people, even if they have no idea they are. Some people's teeth need very attention while others don't require much maintenance or cleaning except when you have a white cavity. The main purpose of this article is to find out how teeth can be cleaned and the effects that it has on children. This will help to make sure all children are safe in their entire life. With some people having black teeth or many other problems that are difficult to treat, you need to know how to clean your teeth at home and what you should do to prevent such issues.

How To Clean Teeth

There are different methods through which teeth can be cleaned and you can choose one by yourself. You may have toothpaste, coffee, or hot water. When cleaning teeth you should use soap that has limes, salt, and charcoal. Toothpaste can irritate your teeth so make sure you keep that aside. It doesn’t work in case you are allergic to the material but there is nothing wrong with using regular toothpaste in small quantities that you use daily. Using an electric toothbrush also helps to remove stains and create a fresh color in your teeth. Water is not recommended use as the best way to clean teeth because it contains chemicals and is bad for your health. If you have dental caries you can use mouthwash and mouth guards that have sodium lauryl sulfate in them to get rid of the plaque in your teeth. Even mouthwash works by destroying bacteria and preventing future cavities. You may have noticed that dentists often say to use a mouthwash that contains 1-2% alcohol but that is not effective as alcohol destroys the tooth structure and does not remove the stains.

How Often Should I Clean My Teeth?

You should clean your teeth every day. Not every day but every two days. There is a reason why dentists recommend keeping them clean because of the damage caused by stains. For example, a single stain can cause severe damage which means you would have to clean your teeth four times per week. So each time you clean your teeth you should wash them properly before starting to clean them again. You can wear gloves, goggles, etc. after cleaning your teeth you will get to see them for 5 minutes instead of spending 15 minutes without washing them. You don’t need to get down to the floor and hold the toothbrush or brush over the toothpaste and let it dry. Start by rubbing your toothpaste of the bristles of the toothpaste onto the teeth in your mouth and gently massage it onto your teeth. After that, you can take a brush and lightly sweep the toothpaste over your teeth. Use an acid toothpaste solution on the brushes used in brushing your teeth so that they are easier to clean. You should also use only white toothpaste and whitening products as they tend to destroy your teeth more than they do your clothes. In that case, whitening toothpaste reduces dark spots and plaque more than whitening. You should apply whitening toothpaste on the inside of the door so that the stains on your teeth appear as stains on your door. Once you finish cleaning your teeth you should rinse them carefully with cold water and then with warm water.

How Do We Cure Bad Brains?

Bad teeth can happen for various reasons that you cannot control. Dental decay is almost unavoidable in today’s world. Your dentist will tell you when the teeth you live in are bad. The good news is those good teeth last a lifetime. But bad teeth can quickly turn into bad teeth when they are not treated in time. And that is where the problem lies. No one wants to pay money to remove their teeth and replace them with artificial tooth fillings. What they want is an instant solution to the issue and that is where professional dental professionals come in. Professional dental professionals help to get rid of the bad tooth at different costs. When the teeth have been damaged in any way they can be replaced by dentists, crowns, or bridges. Each of these replacements makes no difference in the condition the teeth were in when they started losing weight.

The most common type of tooth loss is missing teeth. Missing teeth can be a sign of diabetes or cancer that you haven’t noticed. All diseases can slowly affect the body over time and some of them may show up in your teeth. A few reasons include the age of your teeth, poor eating habits, drinking too much caffeine, smoking, too little physical exercise, and poor oral hygiene. Unfortunately, the root cause of missing teeth is usually poor dental care or lack of proper oral health. Most teeth will grow out without intervention but sometimes they become infected or abscessed with pus that becomes stuck in the gum line. Eventually, they become loose and you have to remove them and put them back in place as soon as dentists can repair them. Other causes include periodontal disease and stress. These diseases can slowly spread around your teeth making them lose their position in your bite. Some of the worst problems happen in older adults and they include diabetes, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, and periodontal disease. Many people avoid treating problems early because of the fear of additional expenses or the risk of infection. Although more than half of Americans now receive dental treatment, fewer still seek dental treatment. Fortunately, proper medical care can reduce the risk of dental treatment. Some of the most common types of dental treatments include root canal therapy, endodontics, and pulp therapy.

How Much Does Proper Teeth Care Cost? The average price of proper oral care depends on your insurance and how many procedures you have. Commonly used oral care products include toothpaste, chewing gums, mouthwashes, chewable tablets, and toothbrushes. You can get oral care and preventive procedures at local clinics or hospitals and can also buy products online at low prices. Check the website of a nearby clinic to see who is providing proper dental care in your area and then go to their office to have a consultation with a licensed dental professional to determine if you qualify for treatment.

How Are Oral Cancer Causes Linked To Poor Oral Health?

According to research statistics, people living in developed countries who had less than 75% of their teeth covered or had low blood flow to the tongue are more likely to develop head or neck cancer than the same group in America. Of the 9,038 cases in Canada, 6,927 of them were due to poor dental care.

How Do Dental Diseases Affect Children?

Three types of tooth decay affect children; the primary teeth (baby teeth), white and posterior deciduous lesions, and permanent teeth. Primary teeth are the first teeth found in the mouth and children usually get the highest number of them. White lesions cause less damage that is less painful compared to both of the previous types of tooth decay. Permanent teeth are a result of the growth of hard tooth cells that lead to tooth loss.

How Can Kids Help Me Remove My Teeth?

Teeth are hard and some of the hardest parts. Kids are not afraid to accept their share of responsibility for teeth removal so they can learn how things can be done to improve the quality of life of kids with teeth. Parents should never stop teaching their children how to eat and how to drink as they will learn right from wrong and that is a good thing. As children learn to clean their teeth better and they learn to use the toilet comfortably in the process. Children can even help to improve their tooth hygiene by introducing them to ways to clean their teeth such as wearing a mask or brush, flossing, etc

Nutrient that helps to keep your body warm

When I was in school, I used to be told about the fact that a good diet is vital for good health. And I was always amazed by people, who were not as skinny as they thought - and it was this very thing that made me aware of what needed to be done about it.

nowadays, new research has shown that the diet is no longer as essential. Obesity is becoming a growing epidemic in our society today. Among them, obesity seems to have many different causes. For example, there is an idea that it is due to genetic or environmental reasons, which make some certain groups more prone to obesity than others. However, it is also said that obesity is associated with some other serious diseases.

Magnesium-

Also known as “zinc”, “vitamin D”, or simply “magnesium” is a mineral that is required to maintain a healthy heart, nervous system, pancreas, and uterus function. It is a mineral required in the liver and the testes and also in the brain. Moreover, the magnesium levels in the blood regulate nerve cell proliferation, which is directly related to the growth and development of cells. The average intake of magnesium in our diet is 1.5 mg per day.

Iron -

Another mineral, iron, is used primarily in the manufacture of hemoglobin and for red blood cell formation. Our organism requires iron to produce heme, hemoglobin (hemoglobin), and chromosomes. Hemoglobin is a chain made by hemolysis and carries oxygen in the blood. Haemosomes contain iron inside and, therefore, it’s not a surprise that the main purpose of hemoglobin is to transport oxygen and carry it through the body. Without iron, no organism can survive. With iron, the body maintains healthy body temperature, digestion, liver function, and fertility.

Zinc-

Now, we have the term "zinc", and it is not surprising that iron, the most important mineral, is called the second most important mineral. Zinc is a mineral, which helps to strengthen the immune system and to stay strong against viruses and bacteria. As mentioned above, the diet should provide enough zinc for all the necessary functions. Apart from this, hematopoietic cells use zinc for the formation and repair of different tissues, including the mitochondria, the nucleus, membranes, cytoskeleton, lipid-enriching mitochondria, microtubules, Golgi apparatus, cytoplasmic vesicles.

All this information was gathered from the websites.

. Vitamin C is well known for fighting allergies (allergic reaction), pain, and inflammation The best way to use vitamin C is to apply it topically, either with a moisturizer, tea, or natural product. Research has shown that vitamin C increases water turnover by up to 90 percent. Water is needed for almost every bodily function: body warmth, blood purification, digestion and elimination, digestion and excretion (water excretion), urine flow (water retention), and the control of perspiration. Due to its ability to regulate hydration, water loss, perspiration, urination, and diarrhea, vitamin C plays an outstanding role in regulating body fluids and homeostasis.

How Vitamin A Improves Vision?

I sleep in my own bed

How I got here I am sleeping next to the door of a tent which sleeps eight people, four dogs, and me... well they are all asleep either inside the tent or next door to it. All this is happening because we live in another country that has its language, a different culture, and has no need for translation. we will have to say it loudly to them "I'm not the only one in the apartment". We have to be good friends with them as well as ourselves because we have grown up together and our families are very close.

We can't go out for walks in the forest, we cannot use public transport, but that doesn't happen often. There are always exceptions, such as when we need something to eat and there are no restaurants. This happens from time to time because sometimes we can't eat at home and we have to come into town and take something to market. . Some mornings I can stay up late at night watching TV on my laptop while others have to get up earlier than usual so they can walk their dog outside. But I don't watch television, I look after myself. Most of the time I am doing laundry, wash dishes, fry eggs, and make coffee with some tea that I brew in the kitchen using hot water, so I can't leave my house without something to drink. If we have had a long day or a bad day, instead of getting angry I try to keep it off until the next day. Sometimes I get caught up in work, I don't have enough time to shower before my meeting and if I go to bed it looks like I just slept in my bed; I need to change out of the black T-shirt I wore yesterday and into some sort of clean shirt and pants, usually white t-shirts with a few stripes. You have to wear many layers of clean clothes, especially if you live in an apartment building that's two stories high and you live alone. Sometimes I make do with a pair of old sweaters and long skirts because otherwise I would be tempted to sleep wearing my T-shirt, jeans, shorts, etc. I might wear a t-shirt with a pair of shorts underneath, then shorts and underpants and under-shorts because it would be too cold, but the t-shirt would. These days it's common to see someone coming down with flu so they wear their shirts tucked away in the inside pockets, jeans, shorts, etc. They also use a jacket when coming in for work, a T-shirt, jeans, and shorts and they have a variety of hats instead of just hats. And they have many pairs of socks. And even though these are not normal I am still used to them. To have at least two sets of underwear on at any given moment. I don't do fancy dressing but I choose what I can wear when I am outdoors. In summer there is less movement and I might decide to dress up in t-shirts and shorts and sandals that I have worn so far, but in the cooler months you can get more comfortable in your t-shirts and shorts and you might feel better wearing nice blouses, dresses, and suits. For the colder months, you could get a heavy bomber or parka, but I prefer warm clothing like a T-shirt, jeans, trousers and some kind of blouse, even jeans I'm never so old-fashioned for them. So yes, I wear several nice pieces of clothing that I have worn in the past. I wear the same clothes and they are the same every day but if I have a favorite piece of cloth, I can get dressed the same way that always has been the case. Not much gets changed in those days. I think about when I was younger when I did things I didn't give a thought to until recently. Now it seems ridiculous to me that I would never think about something like going to the mall. It's become part of life, just like air conditioning and I just have to get used to it. what my options were and of course, I didn't know it was connected to airplanes. So all of my memories are connected with airplanes.

I can remember when I first went to the airport and I saw the rows and rows of planes when I found out that each plane has only 12 seats and that it takes around 30 minutes to get there, when I found out that the airport is very crowded and lots of people are standing beside me, and when I wasn't aware of the fact that they had become part of me and I couldn't possibly leave them. I loved those old days when I could fly to the nearest airport in my neck of the woods (and still do) and stay the whole weekend there. That was my happy place. I was free and I wouldn't want that. Today I look forward to having the freedom of moving around anywhere I want to. I cook meals that I didn't expect and he makes sure that he cooks, which brings joy because I can't imagine myself cooking for other people and I can't imagine myself eating for anyone else or being able to share it with him or the guests in the restaurant. And I can't imagine myself getting ill at the age of 65 with a cough, sore throat, and no one caring about it my mind, and that I am going to continue working a job, taking care of my family, keeping the fires burning, putting on long-sleeved tops and making dinner every night when I am in the kitchen or front of my fire. As I write this I find myself struggling to decide which mattress I should get, with the ones I've had since last year, as they just sit there looking pretty yet no longer comfy, but still soft and very comfortable; and I've tried almost all of the new fluffy ones, but I never really got the comfort I wanted I can move around the bedroom a lot easier between midnight and 6 am and I don't know if they would be the perfect sleepers for me anymore, but my boyfriend insists that I take them as they are the last two years. So I will probably take them this Christmas, along with three weeks' worth of extra pillowcases that my mom bought for me. But it will still be hard to move out of bed on Christmas Eve and everyone knows that it's Christmas, it won't be easy to get up and have breakfast, I might not be able to see any relatives for weeks but I still I'll be okay because my dad is a decent sort of person and I would only leave him if he got sick and died, not have to worry about it. I guess I would be glad to get out of here at least for short periods if I can because then I could have a chance to travel around different countries and I could learn how to speak a lot more than I have ever spoken before.

How to sleep in your bed in your room at night

How I got here I am sleeping next to the door of a tent which sleeps eight people, four dogs, and me... well they are all asleep either inside the tent or next door to it. All this is happening because we live in another country that has its language, a different culture, and has no need for translation. It means there is no way to communicate with our neighbors and if by chance they hear us talking in English we will have to say loudly to them "I'm not the only one in the apartment". We have to be good friends with them as well as ourselves because we have grown up together and our families are very close.

We can't go out for walks in the forest, we cannot use public transport, but that doesn't happen often. Sometimes I get caught up in work, I don't have enough time to shower before my meeting and if I go to bed it looks like I just slept in my bed; I need to change out of the black T-shirt I wore yesterday and into some sort of clean shirt and pants, usually white t-shirts with a few stripes. The T-shirt is now leftover and my clothes are in piles in the cupboard and my shoes are waiting for me to put them back on. You have to wear many layers of clean clothes, especially if you live in an apartment building that's two stories high and you live alone. Sometimes I make do with a pair of old sweaters and long skirts because otherwise I would be tempted to sleep wearing my T-shirt, jeans, shorts, etc. I might wear a t-shirt with a pair of shorts underneath, then shorts and underpants and under-shorts because it would be too cold, but the t-shirt would still be warm for winter and I would be safe from frostbite. Back then I wasn't sure whether I wanted air conditioning, I just knew that I needed it, I didn't know how it worked, and I didn't know what was needed or what my options were and of course, I didn't know it was connected to airplanes. So all of my memories are connected with airplanes.

I can remember when I first went to the airport and I saw the rows and rows of planes when I found out that each plane has only 12 seats and that it takes around 30 minutes to get there, when I found out that the airport is very crowded and lots of people are standing beside me, and when I first flew I was afraid that all of those little details, all of my questions about flying, were just going to disappear, I wasn't aware of the fact that they had become part of me and I couldn't possibly leave them. I loved those old days when I could fly to the nearest airport in my neck of the woods (and still do) and stay the whole weekend there. At those times when I felt like flying, I would often lie awake till the wee hours of the morning feeling anxious, scared, and afraid, but instead, I would dream about getting away from home, getting rid of all the possessions and baggage that people were dragging for one reason or another. When I was looking out over the city from my window and I looked forward and I saw the sun setting in the sky. That was my happy place. I was free and I wouldn't want that. Today I look forward to having the freedom of moving around anywhere I want to. The reality of being stuck in a house with no air conditioning. One reason I love living here is because of a neighbor who is always trying to help me and he lets me cook meals that I didn't expect and he makes sure that he cooks, which brings joy because I can't imagine myself cooking for other people and I can't imagine myself eating for anyone else or being able to share it with him or the guests in the restaurant. And I can't imagine myself getting ill at the age of 65 with a cough, sore throat, and no one caring about it. I can imagine, however, that I would never feel unwell if I stayed in my bed all the time, but that does not mean that I don’t change my mind and that I am going to continue working a job, taking care of my family, keeping the fires burning, putting on long-sleeved tops and making dinner every night when I am in the kitchen or front of my fire. As I write this I find myself struggling to decide which mattress I should get, with the ones I've had since last year, as they just sit there looking pretty yet no longer comfy, but still soft and very comfortable; and I've tried almost all of the new fluffy ones, but I never really got the comfort I wanted. Then there are the old mattresses and pillows. In my opinion, they are best because they do not seem to require more sleep, they're not big and I can move around the bedroom a lot easier between midnight and 6 am and I don't know if they would be the perfect sleepers for me anymore, but my boyfriend insists that I take them as they are the last two years. They are perfectly padded and have a nice texture with a thick cover that helps the mattress breathe every night. So I will probably take them this Christmas, along with three weeks' worth of extra pillowcases that my mom bought for me. But it will still be hard to move out of bed on Christmas Eve and everyone knows that it's Christmas, so it won't be easy to get up and have breakfast, I might not be able to see any relatives for weeks but I still I'll be okay because my dad is a decent sort of person and I would only leave him if he got sick and died, not have to worry about it. I guess I would be glad to get out of here at least for short periods if I can because then I could have a chance to travel around different countries and I could learn how to speak a lot more than I have ever spoken before.
